I usually always go in the store to Sears and never have a problem.I made purchases on shop your way online for Christmas and one of my items was shipped to a different state and when it finally was shipped to me, it was damaged.
I realized that the Shop Your Way is now managed only in a third world country and none of their supervisors would contact me back about this issue. And instead of them dealing with this issue they made me discuss refunds with their third-party supplier located in China. Their corporate office number is hidden to the public.
I think that if enough consumers banded together a nice lawsuit could be filed against Shop Your Way.I don't care where you do your business but if it is not done correctly there is a problem and this company should be flagged.
