Shop Your Way - No points, no response from Sears!

Purchased Nordic Track exercise bike, was supposed to receive 300 points spread out over 12 weeks. First week got 25 after that, nothing. Emailed twice, no response. Gee, wonder why they are going out of business.

Shop Your Way - Horrible customer servive

Call to check on an order - was passed to another person- after being on hold for 25 minutes I hung up. Called back same number and was told I was not calling correct number and was transferred. I asked for supervisor and gave my order number. After being on hold for about 6 minutes I got a message saying they were closed and it hung up??? No wonder Sears is in trouble - horrible outsourced customer service.
