Repeated Requests for Card Replacement Failure

Dear Sir/Madam:

For the last 5 months I have tried unsuccessfully to get a card replacement delivered to my mailing or physical address. Here is a summary of my attempts:

1 - Current card invalidated by Shop Your Way (SYW) last October but never received.

2 - Asked for expedited Fedex 1-3 day delivery never received at PO box.

3 - After 3 expedited requests was informed that expedited service not available for PO boxes.

4 - Requested expedited service to physical address which was sent again to PO box.

5 - Requested that PO box address removal from Shop Your Way system.

6 - Requested expedited service to physical address and never arrived

7 - Requested Fedex tracking number and given a random number of digits by Shop Your Way representative.

8 - Next day Shop Your Way representaitve informed me that Shop Your Way doesn't have access to Fedex tracking nnumbers.

9 - Requested expedited service to work office with 7x24 security to sign for Fedex card delivery.

10 - Told days later that the last 2 requests have an unknown status but were not returned to Shop Your Way.

11 - Requested regular snail mail through the US post office system to the physical address for 2 week delivery.

12 - Told to check Monday delivery for earlier expedited card that should have arrived the prior Friday.

Still waiting after 5 months for a card replacement.

Please escalate this to management who are not available on weekends for support.

Bad customer service or no customer service

I have had this account many years with sears i have not used the card in 2 years I have made all my payments on time and the amount due without fail for many years and now they keep adding late fees to my bill for no reason at all the individual I talked to on the phone was rock solid stupid could not explain anything to me just wanted the late fee which I refuse to pay on both my card and the wife's not sure what's going on in the company but just understand nobody is willing to help zero by far the worst customer service ever

User's recommendation: Once a card is reported stolen it should not take 15 to 20 days to get a new card or should be sent by FedEx immediately.

I really don't know how to use the ShopYourWay

I dont have a complaint all I wanted to know is how do I use my ShopYourWay points? I dont like putting everything on computers. Id rather talk to somebody on the phone but you dont seem to care about the people who charge on your MasterCard because youre not answering the phones.

Unresponsive to a charge that was on my charge account. I have to wait for them to send me a form explaining that it was not charge I made. Which I have already done whe talking to their agent.

A charge and interest on my Shop Your Way credit card which I closed and did not make. I have an excellent credit rating of 880 and never welched on a legitimate charge. I have charges that were made on my Cap One card and when I spoke with a rep. from their company it was taken care of immediately.. Needless to say I will not be doing any business with them.

I tried to get customer service to be able to speak with a real person.

I explain what I need assistance with the phone number to customer service and did not get any resolution to a simple request. I was told to discard my M/C the card and I did. I used the 1-87*-***-**** which was useless to speak to customer service. The computer transfer you to another useless company that charges you.
