........Wow....Guess they must not be based in the US because they do what they want. Glad I found better sites...Tried them again...same issues.

Go straight to the sites everyone...better deals and way better customer service. Even if you escalate to a supervisor, they have NO CLUE what is going on, put you on hold .... 20 minutes later tell you they can't help...it must be a misdocumentation. One, two three strikes you are OUT!
